Leistungen in Ibiza

Fleming50 is a small apartment complex in Ibiza. Light and airy, large and comfortable, the apartments have an atmosphere that is inspired by the Mediterranean, as well as a friendly, family service. We love to make friends!

Guests who stay in our apartment hotel will be able to enjoy refurbished apartments, which we have decorated with great care and enthusiasm. Our aim is that our visitors should enjoy a comfortable, pleasant stay, so that their holiday in Ibiza should be memorable.

The apartments are 15 minutes on foot from the Paseo de San Antonio, where you can enjoy an unforgettable sunset, long walks, little market stalls, beaches and a varied nightlife.

The apartments have one or two bedrooms, a large living room, one or two terraces, a kitchen and bathroom with all facilities. The living room has a 1.40 m sofa-bed. The bedrooms have two single beds. The apartments are provided with hot and cold air conditioning and television.

The kitchen has all the necessary utensils for cooking. If there is anything else that you need, please ask for it! We will try our best to provide it.  

There is a daily cleaning service of the apartments, except for the kitchen.

On the ground floor, you will find our 'Fifty-Fifty' restaurant, which offers simple, fresh Mediterranean cuisine. We also prepare delicious cocktails so that you can enjoy them sitting on our terrace or around the swimming pool.

SERVICES

The reception staff are available to help you with everything you need, such as renting a car, a bicycle or a motorbike. You can also rent boats in Ibiza to go on excursions, make bookings for other sports activities or buy tickets for discotheques, as well as simpler things, such as booking a taxi, asking for the timetables of the buses in San Antonio or renting a safe.

The reception is open 24 hours a day and the apartments include the use of:
